Shipment Procedure

1. Grading & Documentation Review — Parcel contents are verified against the client’s own grading and valuation documents, or coordinated with an independent grading service where required.
2. Kimberley Process Compliance — A Kimberley Process Certificate is prepared and matched to the parcel before any movement, confirming the conflict-free provenance required by international markets.
3. Tamper-Evident Sealing — Parcels are sealed in numbered, tamper-evident packaging immediately after verification, with the seal number cross-referenced on every accompanying document.
4. Dual-Custody Handling — As with our gold service, every handover — vault to vehicle, vehicle to port or aircraft — is signed for by two authorised custodians with the seal checked at each step.
5. Insured Transit — Parcels move under insurance cover matched to declared value, by air or secure road transport depending on destination and client instruction.
6. Customs & Export Clearance — Our compliance team manages Kimberley Process export formalities and customs clearance directly with the relevant authorities.
7. Delivery & Certificate Verification — On arrival, the seal and Kimberley Process Certificate are verified against the manifest by the receiving party before the custody chain is closed.
