Beyond moving gold and diamonds, TriForge offers vaulted safekeeping for clients who need their minerals held securely between testing, sale or shipment — under the same chain-of-custody discipline as every parcel we transport.
Testing Before Custody
Before any gold or diamond parcel enters our vault for safekeeping, it is tested and verified in the presence of the client or their authorised representative. Gold is weighed and assayed at a rate of $100 per kilogram tested; diamonds are graded and verified at $5 per carat. Only once testing is complete, the parcel is sealed and its weight or carat count logged does it enter our vault under a documented custody record.

Each mineral is held in its own dedicated, access-controlled vault space, individually logged and priced per day for as long as it remains in our custody.
Gold Storage
Gold held for safekeeping is stored in an access-controlled vault under continuous surveillance, with dual-authorisation entry and climate control suited to bullion and doré. Each parcel is logged individually against a running custody ledger, sealed on intake, and released only to its verified owner or their authorised representative.

Diamond Storage
Diamond parcels are held in a dedicated, access-controlled vault kept separate from general cargo and gold holdings, under continuous surveillance and dual-authorisation entry. Each parcel is logged against a custody register with its security classification and insured value on file, and remains sealed until release.

How Storage Works
- Testing & Verification — Gold is weighed and assayed; diamonds are graded and verified, in the presence of the client or their representative.
- Sealing & Logging — Once verified, the parcel is sealed in tamper-evident packaging and logged against a custody ledger under a unique reference.
- Vault Intake — The sealed parcel is placed into the access-controlled Gold or Diamond vault, with entry recorded under dual authorisation.
- Daily Fee Accrual — The applicable storage fee accrues daily for as long as the parcel remains in custody.
- Release & Handover — On release, the seal is verified against the custody record before the parcel is handed over to its verified owner or moved into onward shipment.
